Golf Members - 30 For 30 Golf Campaign - Special Anniversary Offer

First 30 members to take advantage of this season’s offer will be given a reduced initiation rate for a term commitment of Thirty (30) months. Join the club as a Full, Executive, or Gold Golf member and pay initiation fee of $3,000 + tax, a forty percent savings. At the end of the term commitment, three full golf seasons, if you choose to stay an active member you will be responsible for the remainder of the initaition fee of the category selected.

If four New Golf Members decide to join TCC together they will receive a 25% discount on the initiation fee.

Junior Golf Members - Discount limited to the first 10 applicants

Junior Golf Members who join by February 28th will receive a $1,000 discount, reducing the initiation fee from $3,500 down to $2,500 + tax. As an added bonus those that take advantage of this limited program will not begin paying dues until April 1, 2011! Junior Golf Members must be under 35 years of age.

Current Social Member Upgrade

Any Social Member who has been active at the club for at least one (1) year is eligible to take advantage of a 3 month trial golf upgrade. The cost for the trial period is $1000 but your dues will remain at your current social rate during the trial period. If you choose to permanently convert to the golf category then $1,500 will be credited against your initiation fee due, and dues of the selected membership classification will then apply.

New Social Member Anniversary Campaign

“Pay under Par” for New Social Members (12 months, no initiation)

Join today and commit to a 12 month membership. Initiation will be waived until the end of the trial period. If you choose to convert to permanent membership you will owe the initiation at the end of the trial period. If you choose not to permanently commit to the club you will only be responsible for the dues during the 12 months.
